Malcolm Starr was a famed manufacturer of dresses, operating on 7th Avenue in Manhattan from the 1940s to 1976. He was said to have dressed the Royal Family in Japan during his time of operation. Having a piece of Malcolm Starr is like having a piece of fashion history.
