Malcolm Starr knockout beaded dress that deserves to be in a museum. V neckline with embroidered waistline, back zipper entry. Malcolm Starr was a famed manufacturer of dresses, operating on 7th Avenue in Manhattan from the 1940s to 1976. He was said to have dressed the Royal Family in Japan during his time of operation. Having a piece of Malcolm Starr is like having a piece of fashion history.
Loss of original beading at the shoulder and small areas throughout the body of the dress. Slight discoloration of white embroidered details at armholes, neckline and waist. All blemishes are considered into pricing. IGLWU tag.
